inno LAB Rules & Protection Policy

1. Purpose

The inno LAB platform welcomes food lovers, creators, and enthusiasts to share innovative bar concepts and recipes that may inspire future Theavu products.
All submissions are evaluated with respect, curiosity, and confidentiality.

2. Eligibility & Authenticity

By submitting, you confirm that:

  • The recipe or concept is your original creation, or you have full rights to share it.
  • All information you provide is accurate and lawful.
  • You have not knowingly copied, infringed, or used any third-party trademarked or copyrighted materials.
  • If a submission is later found to violate another party’s rights, the submitter bears full responsibility.
    inno LAB / Theavu will remain free from any liability, claim, or dispute arising from false or misleading submissions.
  • If ownership conflict occurs, any recognition or agreement will automatically transfer to the legitimate owner.
    3. Confidentiality & Data

All submissions are treated as confidential and are reviewed only by the inno LAB leadership and R&D team.
Personal data are used solely for communication and evaluation and will not be shared externally.

4. Evaluation & Selection

Submissions are evaluated based on creativity, originality, feasibility, and alignment with the inno LAB mission.
Selection decisions are made solely by the inno LAB leadership and are final.
Due to high volume, individual feedback may not be provided for every entry.

5. Development Stage

If the leadership verifies and decides that a concept will move forward into R&D or manufacturing, inno LAB will contact the submitter to discuss next steps — including recognition, credit, and possible collaboration arrangements.
No ownership, or partnership discussion occurs until that point.

6. Safety & Reformulation

All selected concepts will be reviewed and reformulated by inno LAB’s R&D team to meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
inno LAB reserves the right to modify, substitute, or omit ingredients for safety, taste, or technical reasons.

7. Disclaimer

Submission does not guarantee product development, commercialization, or financial reward.
inno LAB reserves the right to evaluate, adapt, or discontinue any submission at any time.
