theavu CLUB - Rules, Regulations & Terms

 

1. Purpose of the Program

theavu CLUB is a membership community for active individuals, club presidents, coaches, and trainers who share a love for balanced, savory energy and healthy living.
Members receive special benefits, including product discounts and early access, and are invited to share their experiences with theavu products to inspire their communities.

A. Eligibility & Verification Rules

  1. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and capable of representing their organization or community.
  2. All information provided in the registration form must be accurate and truthful.
  3. Verification may include proof such as a business card, team page, or social media link.
  4. theavu reserves the right to approve, reject, or revoke membership at any time, with or without reason.
  5. Submitting false, misleading, or incomplete information will result in immediate termination of membership and possible exclusion from future programs.

B. Discount & Benefit Terms

  1. Membership benefits, including discounts or early access, are privileges—not entitlements.
  2. Approval for membership does not create any employment, agency, or partnership relationship between the member and theavu.
  3. Benefits and discount rates may change, pause, or end at theavu’s discretion.
  4. Discount codes are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or shared with non-members.
  5. Misuse of benefits or attempts to manipulate membership eligibility will lead to removal from the program.

C. Social Media & Content Sharing

  1. Members are encouraged to post photos or videos enjoying theavu products and tag @theavu or use official hashtags such as #theavuCLUB.
  2. By tagging @theavu or using official hashtags, members grant theavu a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, and publish such content for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without any requirement for credit, approval, or compensation.
  3. theavu may use tagged content across its website, advertisements, or social media platforms, and may adapt it for brand presentation consistency.
  4. Members must not make medical, nutritional, or performance claims about theavu products.
  5. Members must comply with local advertising disclosure laws (e.g., FTC guidelines) by using clear tags such as #theavuCLUB or #theavu when posting.
  6. Any offensive, misleading, or defamatory content associated with theavu may result in immediate termination of membership.

D. Data Privacy & Communication

  1. Personal data provided in the registration form will be used solely for membership verification and communication.
  2. theavu will not sell, share, or transfer personal data to third parties without explicit consent.
  3. Members may request deletion or update of their data at any time by contacting theavu.
  4. All official communication will be conducted via verified email or theavu’s designated contact channels.

E. Brand Representation & Conduct

  1. Members must represent theavu respectfully and align with its values of integrity, honesty, and positive community spirit.
  2. Members may share their personal experiences with theavu products but may not claim to speak on behalf of theavu or present themselves as official brand representatives.
  3. Unauthorized use of theavu logos, product imagery, or materials for third-party promotion is prohibited.
  4. theavu reserves the right to suspend, remove, or permanently terminate membership of any individual whose actions, statements, or conduct harm the brand’s reputation or conflict with its values.
  5. In cases involving intentional defamation, fraud, or unlawful activity, theavu reserves the right to pursue appropriate legal remedies or claims for damages as permitted by law.

F. Content Ownership & Usage Rights

  1. Members retain ownership of their original photos, videos, and creative content.
  2. By tagging @theavu or using any official hashtags (including #theavu, #theavuCLUB), members grant theavu a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, and non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish such content in any media, for marketing and promotional purposes, without the need for credit, approval, or compensation.
  3. This license allows theavu to feature the content on its website, packaging, advertisements, and social media channels.
  4. theavu is not obligated to use any submitted or tagged content and may adapt or edit it for consistency with brand standards.

G. Compliance & Termination

  1. theavu reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate theavu CLUB and its rules at any time without notice.
  2. Violation of any rule, false representation, or inappropriate behavior will result in membership termination.
  3. Members may withdraw from the program at any time by contacting theavu.
  4. Continued participation after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

H. Disclaimer

  1. Membership in theavu CLUB does not guarantee compensation, employment, partnership, or ongoing benefits.
  2. theavu assumes no liability for any misuse of benefits or third-party actions related to a member’s conduct.
  3. Membership discounts and privileges are for individual use only and not for resale or distribution.
